yeah, I hate all their cartoon characters, especially that little dog in the Find program. I think the later versions of Windows let you turn him off.
If you think this is bad, though, think about what it would be like to use Microsoft Bob...
(P.S. This amusing little article on Bob identifies that annoying dog as "Rover from Redmond." :: adds to kill list ::)
Why would anyone take the advice of a piece of coiled metal anyhow? I'd much rather obey that annoying-ass dog - at least it's semi-sentient.
